Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or
in the case of multiple goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately: on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Upon request, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
The cost of this return label is €6.99 and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Alternatively, you may choose to return the goods at your own expense using a shipping provider of your choice.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
